Private Pay Physical & Occupational Therapy Services:

Providing quality PT and OT services several times a week in our client’s homes.  This includes evaluations, skilled treatments, re-assessments and discharge planning.  Family/patient education, calls to healthcare team as needed and setting up home exercise programs.  Paperwork and documentation is kept to a minimum as we want our therapists spending time being therapist and not buried in paperwork :)

Personalized Fitness Training Program (PFT):

RehabGO offers private pay 1 on 1 personal training sessions in the comfort of our client’s homes.  These routine home exercise services are provided by our HEP Coaches on a weekly basis. We are in need of Physical and/or Occupational Therapists to provide private pay evaluations to design home exercise programs specific to our client’s needs.  The therapist will then train the assigned HEP Coach on the HEP prescribed. Every 6 months our licensed therapist are then called back in to reassess the HEP, make changes as needed and re-train the assigned HEP Coach.

Teaching and Training Services for our Community Partners:

RehabGo offers dynamic and up to date strategies for retirement communities  on managing falls, improving residents’ mental and physical performance, reducing work related injuries for caregivers, and much more through In-services, educational seminars, clinics, and hands on training. Licensed therapists who have a passion for training and teaching at a group level are needed.
